Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Oversee onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Support in designing and implementing employee engagement activities.
  • Address employee grievances and maintain positive workplace relations.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.

3. Performance Management

  • Assist in executing the annual performance appraisal process.
  • Support goal-setting, feedback, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Track and report performance-related metrics.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws and company policies.
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management. ESI/EPF/PT/LWF/ handling experience
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards as required.

5. Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs in consultation with managers.
  • Coordinate training programs and track participation.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain L&D records.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
