Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and onboarding: Manage and oversee the recruitment process from posting jobs to screening resumes and preparing offer letters. Conduct new employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Employee relations: Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Policy and compliance: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal files, attendance, leave, and benefits information.
  • Performance and compensation: Support performance management processes, such as performance reviews. Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation-related tasks.
  • Training and development: Coordinate and implement training and development programs.
  • HR initiatives: Support HR initiatives and strategies, such as employee engagement programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
