Job Title: Assistant Manager HR (Performance Management Specialist)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager HR with strong expertise in Performance Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing performance evaluation systems to enhance employee productivity and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement performance management frameworks and KPIs
- Manage annual and quarterly performance appraisal cycles
- Monitor employee performance and provide actionable insights
- Work closely with department heads to align individual goals with business objectives
- Develop performance improvement plans (PIPs) where required
- Analyze performance data and generate reports for management
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience (with focus on performance management)
- Strong knowledge of KPIs, appraisal systems, and HR analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in designing OKRs/KPIs frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
