Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager HR – Operations is responsible for overseeing and managing daily HR operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes across the organization. This role involves supervising HR staff, improving HR systems, ensuring compliance, and enhancing employee experience through efficient HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management
  • Supervise and guide junior HR team members
  • Manage and review attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
  • Ensure accurate HR documentation (contracts, letters, policies, etc.)
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS systems and employee databases
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide HR support
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and KPIs
  • Lead HR audits and process improvements
  • Coordinate with finance and other departments for HR-related matters
  • Support in performance management and appraisal processes
  • Drive HR operational efficiency and automation initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4–6 years of relevant HR experience (preferably in HR Operations)
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in process improvement and HR automation
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Decision-making and conflict resolution skills

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
