Assistant Manager HR

Summery:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR operations, employee engagement, compliance matters, and policy implementation to support organizational growth and efficiency.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage weekly wages and monthly payroll processes accurately and timely.
  • Handle recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle government authorities and compliance-related matters.
  • Resolve employee conflicts and maintain healthy workplace relations.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and HR support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience in Manufacturing Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll management, labor laws, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Immediate joiner will be preferable
