CronySoft is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager (HR) to lead our talent acquisition operations and support core HR functions. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, lead a team of recruiters, and ensure seamless HR onboarding and record management. Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation) to ensure timely, quality hiring across departments.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of a recruitment team to meet KPIs and targets.
- Talent Sourcing & Headhunting: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and advanced headhunting techniques to build a strong pipeline for senior and critical roles.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal department heads to understand hiring needs and provide market insights/salary benchmarking.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee the maintenance of accurate employee records, coordinate onboarding, and ensure all activities align with company policies.
- Reporting: Prepare recruitment metrics, performance analytics, and process improvement recommendations.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR operations (Required).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred).
- Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work the afternoon/evening shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
