Assistant Manager HR and Admin

Hiring: Assistant Manager HR & Administration

Location: DHA Phase 2, Islamabad

Mustafa Developers is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager HR & Administration to support and lead key Human Resources and Administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and administrative activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives
  • Handle employee relations matters and disciplinary processes
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Assist in training needs assessment and employee engagement programs

Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and office management
  • Manage company assets, office facilities, and vendor coordination
  • Supervise administrative staff and support services
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements
  • Ensure workplace health, safety, and security compliance
  • Manage contracts, service providers, and office procurement requirements

RequirementsEducation

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in:
  • Human Resource Management
  • Business Administration
  • Or a related discipline
  • HR certifications such as CIPD, CHRP, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 4–6 years of relevant HR & Administration experience
  • Experience in the Real Estate, Construction, or Corporate sector will be preferred
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and administrative operations

Skills Required

  • knowledge of HR practices and Pakistan Labor Laws
  • Excellent recruitment and talent acquisition skills
  • Experience with HRIS and MS Office applications
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
