Desired Profile

 Ten years of experience in any leading organization with a minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources functions.

 Excellent in networking and interpersonal skills.

 Must be a graduate.

 Preferably a male candidate with age above 30 years.

 Familiarity with Automobile Industry will be an added advantage.

What you will do:

 Develops and implements recruiting and screening systems and procedures in order to attract qualified candidates for position vacancies.

 Maintains effective communications at all levels of management and staff.

 Assists in maintaining and creating a positive atmosphere within the organization that allows for open two-way communication that ensures morale and productivity reach the highest possible levels

 Implements and monitors an effective employee relations and welfare programme in the organization.

 Participates in developing and implementing programmes to ensure employee security and safety.

 Prepares and submits periodic reports for management’s use in accordance with corporate and government requirements.

 Desired candidate to be flexible to travel on branch requirements.
