Job Summary:

We are seeking a competent and proactive Assistant Manager HR to support and enhance our HR operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations, preferably within the healthcare sector. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies aligned with company goals
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally
  • Assist in performance management processes, appraisals, and employee development plans
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives for staff
  • Support payroll processing and compensation management
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM or relevant field (MBA preferred)
  • 2–3 years of relevant HR experience (Healthcare industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
