Job Title: Assistant Manager – Human Resources

Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Reporting To: HR Manager / Head of HR
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Morning Shift)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Human Resources to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and leadership skills who can effectively support HR strategy and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in developing job descriptions and managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluations
  • Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address employee concerns and grievances professionally
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement activities and events
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS or internal databases
  • Ensure HR policies are implemented consistently and fairly
  • Support payroll processing by providing attendance and leave data
  • Assist in audits and compliance with labor laws and company policies

Performance & Training Management

  • Assist in the performance appraisal process
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives
  • Track employee performance metrics and generate related reports

Reporting & Support

  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for management
  • Support the HR Manager in strategic planning and execution
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR services

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in a similar HR role
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRMS/HRIS is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
