Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract within the timelines.
  • Conduct interviews, reference checks, and background verifications and issues offer letters & employment contracts.
  • Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly.

2. Training and Development:

  • Support training manager in organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills. Ensure induction sessions are conducted.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and modify as necessary.
  • Maintain all training records for Audits & inspections.

3. Performance Management:

  • Implementation of performance appraisal systems for various categories within the timelines specified for each category.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback along with HODs.
  • Work with department heads to address performance issues.

4. Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive work environment, plan and promote employee engagement, drive CGH Cell activities for idea generation, sustainable activities and volunteering.
  • Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Ensure effective communication channels between management and staff.

5. Compliance and Policies:

  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws such as Shops Act, FSSAI, other labour laws and hotel policies.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records with confidentiality.
  • Timely updation of employee records in HRMS.
  • Monitoring of employee attendance and other registers.

6. Compensation and Benefits:

  • Oversee the administration of payroll and benefits.
  • Conduct salary surveys and market research to ensure competitive compensation.
  • Manage employee welfare programs and initiatives.

7. Health and Safety:

  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
  • Implement health and safety policies, Timely medicals of employees and vaccinations.
  • Conduct regular health and safety audits and report any deviations.

8. Strategic HR Management:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with hotel goals.
  • Update all HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making to the GM & Corporate team.
  • Manage HR budgets and control payroll expenses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
