Assistant Manager – Human Resources
Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We’re seeking a Assistant Manager – Human Resources to support our growing team. This is a hands-on role covering the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment to retention, compliance, and culture building.
Key Responsibilities :
Onboarding & Training
• Lead onboarding and orientation sessions.
• Coordinate training programs and monitor development progress.
Employee Relations & Performance
• Support performance reviews and assist managers with appraisals.
• Develop strategies to foster a positive workplace culture that promotes retention and job satisfaction.
• Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and insights on employee engagement initiatives
Policies, Payroll & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations, keeping HR policies up to date with legal changes.
Assist with investigations and resolutions of employee grievances and disciplinary actions in line with company policy and legal requirements.
• Oversee benefits, attendance tracking, and payroll support.
• Prepare HR reports and insights to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the Fiotut Industry in Saudi Arabia
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is required
• Strong experience in KSA recruitment - Fitout & Contracting
• Skilled in using HRIS systems and recruitment platforms
• Residence in Riyadh region.
• Proven ability to manage localization, automation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting tools.
What We Offer:
