We are looking for an experienced and qualified AM – HR to lead and manage all human resource functions for our organization, particularly within a factory/industrial setup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for HR operations, compliance, employee relations, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee engagement

· Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and factory compliances

· Handle HR documentation, audits, and inspections

· Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and SOPs

· Work extensively with HR software/HRMS for attendance, payroll, and employee records

· Manage performance management systems and disciplinary processes

· Coordinate with management on workforce planning and organizational development

Requirements:

· Master’s Degree in HR / MBA or related field (Mandatory)

· Minimum 3–4 years of relevant HR experience

· Mandatory factory/industrial HR experience

· Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliances, and industrial relations

· Proficient in HR software / HRMS systems

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
