Assistant Manager - Human Resources

What You'll Be Doing
  • Partnering with department heads to implement effective recruitment strategies across Hyatt.jobs, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Leading the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition for new colleagues
  • Supporting performance management, talent development, and succession planning initiatives
  • Overseeing HR administration including payroll, benefits, and recognition programs
  • Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and Hyatt policies
  • Promoting colleague engagement through wellness, inclusion, and recognition programs
  • Acting as a culture ambassador, reinforcing Hyatt's EVP and values across all properties
  • Providing operational support to the Director of Human Resources and contributing to strategic HR planning
Qualifications
  • University Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Hotel Management, or a business-related field
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in hospitality or a similar industry
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
  • Multi-linguistic skills are a plus
  • A proactive, empathetic, and solutions-oriented mindset
