Assistant Manager, Human Resources

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager, Human Resources to support and execute key HR functions across our Quetta and Karachi offices. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in recruitment, employee retention, performance management, and strategic HR planning, while acting as a bridge between employees and leadership.

Your Role

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
  • Develop and implement employee retention strategies to enhance engagement and reduce turnover.
  • Execute and monitor performance management systems, including appraisals and feedback cycles.
  • Partner with senior leadership to support strategic HR planning and organizational development.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees in Quetta and Karachi offices to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
  • Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards and labor laws.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Your Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a multi-location organization.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
