Job Purpose:

This position aims to enhance Industry-specific market research to identify new growth areas and making effective strategies to increase GCSS market share in B2B industry
Job Responsibilities:
-
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve business targets

Analyze industry-specific trends, solutions, and competitive landscape to generate actionable insights for internal stakeholders and clients
-
Perform city-wise, product-wise, and industry-wise analysis to identify performance gaps and devise targeted action plans
-
Support target setting and track performance through structured reporting and data-driven insights
-
Act as a liaison between HQ and regional teams to ensure alignment on strategy, execution, and performance objectives

Identify and map market potential geographically, creating a robust city/industry/product-wise sales pipeline for nationwide coverage

Monitor regional sales pipelines closely and ensure planned field visits are conducted effectively

Conduct market sizing exercises for all GCSS products, including deep-dives into top cities to identify high-potential corporate segments

Develop sales targets for industries, products, and regions based on market sizing and business potential

Assign and tag high-potential accounts to sales teams to support revenue achievement
-
Build and evaluate business cases, including product forecasting and opportunity assessment
-
Drive product penetration through targeted, data-driven strategies across industries and regions
-
Analyze regional head and seller-level field activity, highlighting gaps and recommending improvements for better coverage and productivity
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:
-
Must have a bachelors degree/BS in Engineering or Business Administration. MBA would be preferred
Work Experience:

Preferably 4-6 years of relevant work experience
