Assistant Manager- Insurance / TPA

Looking for position for one of the institutes of Symbiosis International University i.e. Symbiosis University Hospital & Research Centre, Lavale, Pune

Hospital is 900 beds NABH Accredited, Multi-super Specialty State of the art hospital. Associated with Symbiosis Medical College for Women.

Position- Assistant Manager/Executive- Insurance / TPA

Major Responsibilities:

To manage the overall functioning of the Insurance Cell as per SOP and to facilitate the provision of services for Symbiosis students & staff under SHIP.
To ensure 100% registration of staff and students in insurance software.
To guide Admin staff with their queries related to health insurance.
To maintain coordination with all institutes of Symbiosis
To arrange Training for registration of staff & students for Mediclaim
To send a confirmatory email to IC/ TPA on the hospitalization of staff & amp; student PAN India
To provide smooth hospitalization of staff and students PAN India
To guide and coordinate with staff, students, hospital, relatives, institute Insurance Company (I/C) Third Party Administration (TPA)
To guide Admin staff with their queries related to health insurance
To facilitate hospitalization under cashless/ reimbursement process PAN India
To ensure the submission of reimbursement claims as per SOP
To take follow-up for settlement of claims
To assist in a Manager profile related to health insurance services.
To assist the Manager to ensure overall operations & management of the Enrollment & Claims Dept.+
To supervise directly reporting staff
To perform any other duties assigned by management time to time.
To carry out and perform various other duties/subroutines of the department as perlawful and reasonable instructions of superior assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

BAMS with MBA in healthcare.
5- 10 years of experience in insurance and TPA department including clinical experience.
working in rotational shifts is mandatory. presently during morning 8 AM to 8 PM
Excellent communication & analytical skills, MS Excel.
Immediate joiner preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
