Assistant Manager IR (HR):
Experience: 05 – 07 Years Experience in a reputed Textile company.
Qualification/Degree: Bachelor’s degree in HR, or relevant field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employee health benefits, including enrollment, renewals, and terminations.
- Process medical claims and ensure timely reimbursement to employees.
- Medical Premium Insurance Payment timely.
- Medical claims Received, Audit & Dispatched Timely.
- Process Life Insurance Claims, including Death and Accidental claims.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to life insurance cases and payments.
- Assist in resolving life insurance-related queries and issues.
- EOBI and PESSI contribution payments Accuracy as per given timeframe by Govt Depart.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to EOBI and PESSI Payments and benefits Summary.
- Assist in conducting inspections and Audits to ensure compliance.
- Provide timely and accurate Service and Experience Letters to employees to facilitate their future endeavors career growth.
Required Skills:
- Well Knowledge about computer (ERP).
- Good Communication Skills.
