The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager IT/Odoo to lead the implementation, programming, customization, and ongoing development of our Odoo ERP system. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements with technical execution, ensuring seamless integration across finance, operations, sales, inventory, and HR functions.

Required Qualification & Experience

a) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.

b) 3+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (Community and/or Enterprise editions), including module development and system integration.

c) Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript core technologies of the Odoo stack.

d) Proven track record in ERP implementation projects, preferably in mid-to-large organizations.

e) Familiarity with business processes in areas such as accounting, supply chain, CRM, HR manufacturing is a plus.

f) Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Job Descriptions, included but not limited to:

a) Oversee end-to-end implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Odoo ERP system within the Company.

b) Develop and customize Odoo modules and workflows to improve operational efficiencies and align with business needs.

c) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deploy scalable Odoo applications.

d) Lead Odoo version upgrades, data migration, and system optimization initiatives.

e) Provide technical guidance, training, and support to end-users to maximize system adoption.

f) Ensure data integrity, system security, and performance monitoring post-deployment. Ensure transparency, accountability, and compliance with company policies.

Skill

> Proficiency in Odoo ERP.

>* Strong Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and Q-Web skills. *

>* Experience in Odoo module development, customization, and integration*.

> Knowledge of business processes (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.)

>* Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and user support.*
