Assistant Manager - Learning & Development

A Learning & Development (L&D) job involves strategically enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and performance through designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to meet organizational goals, focusing on skill gaps, career growth, engagement, and continuous improvement using various methods like e-learning, workshops, and coaching, all while managing budgets and vendors. Key responsibilities include needs analysis, program creation, material development, execution, tracking results, and staying current with learning trends. Core Responsibilities

• Needs Analysis: Assess current employee skills and identify learning gaps aligned with company strategy.
• Strategy & Design: Develop and implement learning strategies, create custom training plans, and design engaging content (manuals, e-learning).
• Program Delivery: Facilitate in-house/online training, manage external vendors, and foster a coaching culture.
• Evaluation & Reporting: Monitor program effectiveness, track attendance, report on results, and suggest improvements.
• Budget & Resource Management: Oversee training budgets, negotiate with vendors, and manage L&D resources.

Typical Roles

• L&D Manager/Specialist: Oversees the entire L&D cycle.

• Compliance Trainer: Develops role-specific regulatory training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
