Manage and supervise the Sports & Leisure team, ensuring smooth daily operations, proper lifeguard coverage, and efficient scheduling, including breaks and rotations.

Conduct guest satisfaction checks, handle complaints, and ensure high service standards across beach and pool areas.

Maintain training records, ensure all team members complete monthly training, and conduct audits per safety guidelines.

Enforce health and safety policies, respond to emergencies, oversee proper use of equipment, and ensure all staff understand emergency procedures.

Ensure all areas are clean, safe, and ready for guests; report damaged or unsafe equipment and maintain operational readiness.

Complete and submit reports, checklists, and safety inspections accurately and on time; maintain organized files and documentation.
