Assistant Manager - Logistics Execution (SAP LE Module)

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations including transportation planning, dispatches, and warehouse coordination.
• Utilize SAP LE module for shipment processing, goods movement, and delivery creation.
• Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) performance and resolve any delivery-related issues proactively.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL), transporters, and internal teams for smooth dispatches.
• Monitor inbound and outbound logistics, tracking shipments and ensuring compliance with SOPs.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (GRNs, delivery notes, invoices, etc.) in SAP.
• Optimize freight costs and recommend process improvements in routing and distribution.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliations.
• Generate logistics performance reports and analyze KPIs (e.g. OTD, cost per delivery, delivery accuracy).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
