Job Purpose:
The Assistant Manager – Maintenance will be responsible for executing and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations, optimal equipment performance, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, procedures, and documentation for all technical systems and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and respond promptly to equipment faults or breakdowns to minimize downtime
• Ensure technical compliance across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, compressor, fire alarm, and control systems
• Oversee maintenance tools, stores, and technical inventory, maintaining accurate documentation of equipment and spare parts
• Monitor and manage maintenance and energy costs to ensure operational efficiency
• Enforce and improve health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across maintenance operations
• Provide regular updates to BUH and Head of Technical on daily operations and major technical issues
• Maintain 24/7 on-call availability for emergency maintenance support

Qualification & Experience:

• B.Sc. / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechatronics Engineering
• 3–4 years of relevant maintenance experience in industrial or manufacturing operations
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, compressor, fire alarm, and control systems

Essential Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Ability to manage maintenance teams, schedules, and resources
• Cost control and energy management skills
• Good reporting, coordination, and communication skills
