Assistant Manager- Maintenance

Job Description

  • Inspection system spare management and breakdown handling. Support to all engineer in major breakdowns.
  • Train the team for the required skill and clear there all douts if any.
  • Lead the team during the projects and major breakowns where they stuck.
  • shift schedule management and man power management for the shift duties.
  • Responsible for the breakdowns and repeated breakdowns.
  • plan the preventive plan for the all machnies.
  • Responsibility for spare parts Management
  • Handle Vision system of Electrical / Mechanical.
  • Knowledge of Utility system .VRF, Compressors, DG
  • Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
  • Spare Management for the running plant and projects.
  • Help the team members if required and guide them for proper work.
  • Team management and work management and complete the task at scheduled time.
  • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
  • Responsible for the breakdowns and repeated breakdowns.
  • Perform skills but not limited to, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
  • Train the team for the required skills to reduce the breakdown and increase the production.
  • Material purchange and cretical spare management.
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Test and make ready of spares for the shift team.

Qualifications


Diplomat in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics) or B.Tech.


Additional Information


  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Maintenance

  • Strong exposure to end-to-end Maintenance functions, including Mechanical, Electrical, Utilities, Instrumentation, PLC/HMI programming, and Inspection Systems

  • Mechanical background is mandatory

  • Experience in the Glass (Tubular) industry is mandatory

  • Candidates from competitor organizations such as Schott Poonawalla, Nipro Pharma Packaging, SDG Pharma, and Borosil Scientific will be highly preferred

  • Willingness to work at the Kosamba location
