Assistant Manager / Manager – IT

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager / Manager, specializing in Oracle HCM Fusion. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in the payroll module and demonstrate the ability to manage and optimize payroll processes from a technical standpoint.

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Fusion, specifically the Payroll module.

• Proficiency in Fast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI.

• Solid understanding of payroll processes, statutory requirements, and integrations.

• Ability to handle end-to-end technical aspects of payroll implementations and support.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
