What do we look for:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Identify, assess, and build relationships with potential sales partners, including agencies, vendors, and other businesses.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand the agency s client base and improve sales revenue.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for existing and new partners.
  • Nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure ongoing growth and collaboration.
  • Provide high-quality customer support, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to define sales goals and strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Participate in the development of marketing campaigns and materials to support partner sales initiatives.
  • Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new potential partners, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze partner performance metrics to improve partnership effectiveness and sales outcomes.
  • Assist in negotiating partnership agreements, terms, and pricing with partners.
  • Ensure all partnerships comply with legal and company standards.
  • Track and report on sales partnership activities, including revenue, growth metrics, and ROI.
  • Prepare regular updates and presentations for senior management on partnership performance and sales progress.
  • Work closely with the creative, project management, and development teams to ensure smooth delivery of design services to partners and clients.
  • Facilitate communication between partners and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Essential Requirement:

  • Applicants must be open to working night shifts (North American Time) as part of their regular schedule (from home). The night shifts will be scheduled on a rotating basis.
  • The applicant should have General knowledge of IT services and marketplaces like Upwork and Fiverr.

Skill

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally within the digital design, creative, or tech industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing sales partnerships.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of digital design, creative services, and the digital marketing landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation skills with the ability to influence decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project management skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
