Position Summary
We are seeking an Asst. Manager / Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts and build high-performing teams that drive Remidio's growth in the medtech and AI space. This role will lead the end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, focusing on attracting top talent in Engineering, R&D, Sales, and Manufacturing Operations. This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in high-volume hiring for tech-driven organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with Remidio's business goals, including workforce planning, employer branding, and diversity initiatives.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking events, campus hires, and partnerships with recruitment agencies.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment processes, track metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire), and report on hiring trends to senior leadership.
  • Enhance Remidio's employer brand by collaborating with marketing on social media campaigns, career site content, and participation in industry forums focused on medtech and healthcare innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, diversity hiring practices, and ethical recruitment standards.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs, conduct job analysis, and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques, including AI tools for candidate screening and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and specialized medtech networks.
  • Drive employee referral programs and internal mobility initiatives to foster a culture of growth.
  • Stay updated on talent market trends in Bengaluru's startup ecosystem, particularly in AI, medical devices, and healthcare sectors.
  • Lead campus recruitment initiatives, including developing long-term relationships with top engineering and medical institutions, organizing pre-placement talks, hackathons, workshops, and guest lectures to enhance Remidio's employer brand and attract fresh talent in AI, engineering, and healthcare domains.
  • Drive structured campus engagement programs such as internship pipelines, summer/winter projects, and incubation collaborations with universities to identify high-potential candidates early, foster skill development aligned with Remidio's medtech innovations, and convert campus hires into full-time roles with strong retention focus.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
  • 6-8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 1 years in a lead role, preferably in medtech, or healthcare companies.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn Insights), Naukri.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience in employer branding and diversity hiring, with a track record of building inclusive teams.
  • Familiarity with India's talent market, including ties to premier education institutions and talent communities.
