Job Title: Assistant Manager Marketing

Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager (Marketing) will support the development and execution of marketing strategies for The Diabetes Centre, enhancing brand visibility, managing campaigns, and coordinating events. The role involves content creation, market research, public relations, and team coordination, ensuring all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations and align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
a) Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to support TDC’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with organizational priorities and ensure consistency in messaging.
b) Brand Management:
- Support the management and enhancement of TDC’s brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Ensure marketing materials follow branding guidelines for consistency in communications and visual representation.
c) Campaign Management:
- Assist in creating, launching, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and events.
- Analyze campaign performance and support strategy adjustments to optimize results.
d) Content Creation:
- Help oversee creation of marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, website content, and social media posts.
- Ensure content is accurate, informative, and aligns with TDC’s brand and messaging.
e) Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and support data-driven decisions.
f) Public Relations and Community Outreach:
- Assist in developing relationships with media, community organizations, and stakeholders.
- Support public relations efforts to enhance TDC’s reputation and community presence.
g) Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement marketing initiatives.
- Assist in managing departmental resources effectively.
h) Event Planning and Management:
- Support planning and execution of hospital events, including health fairs, seminars, and community outreach programs.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners for successful event execution.
i) Compliance and Regulations:
- Ensure marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and ethical standards.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
Skills:
- Must have familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Understanding of healthcare marketing trends, patient engagement strategies, and digital marketing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to support marketing strategies.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving attitude.
Qualification:
- Masters/Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or a relevant field. Experience:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience (preferably in the Healthcare sector).
