Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, confident in communication, and eager to grow through performance-based incentives. We offer a basic salary along with attractive commissions based on successful sales and generated inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and generate new leads through various channels (online, offline, networking, etc.)

· Actively reach out to potential clients to promote company products/services

· Handle customer inquiries and follow up to convert them into sales

· Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

· Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies

· Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

· Keep records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress

· Collaborate with the team to improve marketing campaigns and outreach efforts

Requirements:

· Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role (preferred but not mandatory)

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

· Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Good organizational and time management skills
