Female Receptionist cum Indoor Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are hiring a Receptionist cum Indoor Sales Executive with experience or interest in safety and security solutions, including CCTV systems, access control, and surveillance products. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and basic technical understanding of security systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and handle customer inquiries
• Attend calls, emails, and walk-in clients professionally
• Promote and sell CCTV, surveillance systems, access control, and security solutions
• Provide product information and technical guidance to customers
• Generate leads and close indoor sales
• Maintain client database and follow-ups
• Coordinate with technical and sales teams

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Indoor Sales Executive
• Basic technical knowledge of safety & security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control)
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• Good computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM preferred)
• Presentable and professional attitude
