Role Description

The role of Outbound Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site position located in Islamabad. The specialist will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound sales calls, and actively engaging with potential clients to promote company services. Responsibilities also include building relationships with prospects, maintaining high-quality customer service during interactions, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets. Strong communication and customer engagement are key aspects of the daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Outbound Sales and Lead Generation
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Effective Communication and relationship-building abilities
• Strong Sales acumen and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle objections and provide tailored solutions
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Proficiency with CRM tools is a plus
• Previous experience in a BPO or sales environment is advantageous

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
