Provoxio Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and confident Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This is an on-site role focused on sales through cold calling, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to engage potential customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients
• Promote and sell company services/products
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales
• Demonstrate good communication skills
• Utilize prior sales experience to improve performance

Job Timings:
3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Salary:
PKR 40,000 – 60,000 (based on experience and performance)

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in sales is required
• Basic sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous call center experience is a plus

On-site (Office-based role)

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
