Business development Representative- Call Center Agent

This is a full-time on-site role for a Truck / freight Dispatch Campaign. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring smooth operations of the truck dispatch campaign. You will collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales or customer support roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Good understanding of the transportation industry is a plus

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
