Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Call Center Agent to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing information about products or services, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Provide accurate information about company products and services.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases.
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets and performance goals.
• Work closely with the team to improve customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Good communication skills (English & Urdu).
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
• Prior call center or customer service experience is a plus.
