Business Operations & Bid Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly energetic, sharp, and presentable Business Operations Executive who can represent the company in front of customers, government departments, and partners.

This role requires strong communication skills, business understanding, and the ability to coordinate across teams. The candidate will support bid management, customer coordination, and operational follow-ups.

This is not an administrative role — this is a business-facing execution role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Bid & Tender Coordination

  • Collect tender documents from departments
  • Manage bid submission timelines
  • Coordinate internal documentation for proposals
  • Handle bid extensions and follow-ups
  • Prepare formal letters and official correspondence

2. Customer & Department Coordination

  • Visit client offices and government departments
  • Request meetings and follow up for appointments
  • Represent company in coordination meetings
  • Carry technical team to meetings and support discussions
  • Take structured meeting notes and requirement summaries

3. Commercial & Operational Support

  • Understand basic commercial terms and proposals
  • Support pricing documentation preparation
  • Coordinate between sales, technical, and finance teams
  • Track project milestones and customer communications
  • Follow up internally to ensure commitments are delivered

4. Client Handling

  • Communicate confidently in English
  • Maintain professional presence in corporate and government meetings
  • Handle basic client queries independently
  • Escalate strategically when required

Required Skills

  • Excellent spoken English

  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to understand business conversations
  • Basic understanding of IT / technology solutions (preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office

Preferred Profile

  • BBA / MBA / Business / IT background
  • 0–2 years experience in:
  • Business development
  • Bid management
  • Client coordination
  • Commercial operations
  • Must have own transport (field visits required)
