Business Development Officer

One World Immigration Law Consultant (OWILC) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Business Development Officer to drive growth, build client relationships, and expand the company’s presence in the immigration and study abroad consultancy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels (digital platforms, referrals, events, and direct outreach)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable immigration or study abroad solutions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients
  • Stay updated on immigration policies, visa processes, and market trends
  • Represent the company at seminars, expos, and promotional events
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client dealing (preferably in immigration or education consultancy)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Target-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Professional appearance and strong presentation skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in study abroad or immigration consultancy
  • Knowledge of visa processes for countries such as Canada, UK, USA, and Australia
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
