Business Development Officer

Business Development Executive (B2B)

Location: Blue Area, Islamabad

Salary: PKR 65,000 + Commission

Role Summary:

We are a premium coworking space offering shared desks, private offices, and corporate facilities. We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive occupancy and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients to increase sales and occupancy.

Conduct site tours and present coworking solutions to freelancers, startups, SMEs, and corporates.

Manage sales pipeline and maintain long-term client relationships.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.

Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns.

Represent the company at networking events and conduct daily outreach (calls/emails).

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in business development or B2B sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

Interest in startups or flexible workspaces is a plus.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
