SALE PROMOTION OFFICER

• Job Title: Sales Promotion Officer – Hajj & Umrah

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote Hajj & Umrah packages through online and offline marketing channels
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns to increase sales and brand awareness
• Visit travel agents, partners, and corporate clients to generate business leads
• Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into bookings
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth service delivery
• Manage social media promotions, WhatsApp marketing, and advertisement campaigns
• Organize promotional events, seminars, and roadshows
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agents
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in Hajj & Umrah / travel industry preferred
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Ability to work in the field and meet targets
• Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented personality
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
