We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Alibaba Account Manager to professionally manage and grow our Alibaba Verified Supplier account. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Alibaba Seller Central, product optimization, and lead conversion strategies.
You will be responsible for increasing visibility, improving inquiries, and converting leads into consistent business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our Alibaba Verified Supplier account
- Upload, update, and optimize product listings (SEO, keywords, images, descriptions)
- Handle RFQs (Request for Quotations) and respond promptly to buyer inquiries
- Improve conversion rate and maintain fast response time
- Manage Trade Assurance orders and customer communication
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize storefront design and product presentation
- Monitor analytics and implement strategies for growth
- Maintain high account health and performance metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Alibaba seller accounts (Verified Supplier preferred)
- Strong understanding of Alibaba SEO and ranking algorithms
- Experience in B2B sales, lead handling, and conversion
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Knowledge of product sourcing / manufacturing industry (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
Preferred Experience
- Experience in industrial products / safety equipment / manufacturing exports
- Familiarity with Alibaba ads (P4P campaigns)
- Experience handling US / international clients
