Alibaba Account Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Alibaba Account Manager to professionally manage and grow our Alibaba Verified Supplier account. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Alibaba Seller Central, product optimization, and lead conversion strategies.

You will be responsible for increasing visibility, improving inquiries, and converting leads into consistent business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize our Alibaba Verified Supplier account
  • Upload, update, and optimize product listings (SEO, keywords, images, descriptions)
  • Handle RFQs (Request for Quotations) and respond promptly to buyer inquiries
  • Improve conversion rate and maintain fast response time
  • Manage Trade Assurance orders and customer communication
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Optimize storefront design and product presentation
  • Monitor analytics and implement strategies for growth
  • Maintain high account health and performance metrics

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Alibaba seller accounts (Verified Supplier preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Alibaba SEO and ranking algorithms
  • Experience in B2B sales, lead handling, and conversion
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Knowledge of product sourcing / manufacturing industry (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in industrial products / safety equipment / manufacturing exports
  • Familiarity with Alibaba ads (P4P campaigns)
  • Experience handling US / international clients

  • Increase in product ranking & visibility

  • Higher conversion rate
  • Increase in monthly sales/orders

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
