This is an ONSITE role based in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and technically sound Senior Business Development Manager with proven experience in Upwork bidding, B2B sales, SaaS product selling, staff augmentation, and CV marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, closing high-value deals, and expanding our global client base.

Key ResponsibilitiesUpwork & Freelance Platform Management

  • Manage and optimize the company’s Upwork profile to maximize visibility and conversions
  • Identify and bid on high-quality, relevant projects with tailored proposals
  • Develop winning strategies for proposal writing, client engagement, and deal closure
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business

B2B Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify and target international clients across multiple industries
  • Execute outbound sales strategies (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach)
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

SaaS Product Sales

  • Drive sales of company SaaS offerings and AI-based products
  • Understand customer pain points and align solutions accordingly
  • Manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation to onboarding
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to refine offerings

Staff Augmentation & Resource Selling

  • Promote IT staff augmentation services to global clients
  • Match client requirements with internal/external technical resources
  • Negotiate contracts and long-term engagement models

CV Marketing & Talent Placement

  • Market candidate profiles (developers, AI engineers, etc.) to international clients
  • Customize and position CVs based on client requirements
  • Coordinate interviews and manage client-candidate communication

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in Upwork business development and B2B sales
  • Strong understanding of AI services, SaaS products, and software development lifecycle
  • Demonstrated success in closing international clients and generating revenue
  • Experience in staff augmentation and CV marketing is a must
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AI/ML, Automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make.com), or SaaS platforms
  • Existing portfolio of international clients or proven Upwork success history
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
