Key Responsibilities
Should be able to file Individual and company returns Annually and quarterly.
o Prepare and submit Self Assessment tax returns for:
o Sole traders
o High net worth individuals
o Analyze income sources (bank statements, cash income, platforms)
o Review and classify allowable business expenses
o Calculate income tax, Capital Gains Tax, and National Insurance Contributions
o Handle HMRC queries, notices, and investigations
o Review and reconcile income records with bank statements and accounting software
o Analyze expense transactions to ensure they meet HMRC allowable criteria
o Verify and interpret invoices, ensuring:
Correct business purpose
Proper VAT treatment
Accuracy and completeness
o Identify missing or incorrect documentation and follow up with clients
o Support delivery of the recurring annual personal tax timetable.
o Should be able to calculate the tax liabilities accurately and timely.
o Maintain control schedules and ensure completeness of the partner population
requiring tax returns.
o Register partners/clients for National Insurance and ITSA and facilitate HMRC agent
authorizations.
o Prepare aide memoires for partners at the start of each tax year.
o Prepare ITSA returns (including amendments to estimated prioryear returns) and
calculate tax liabilities or refunds.
o Prepare banking instructions and schedules for HMRC payments and partner tax reserve
releases.
o Liaise professionally and confidentially with partners, clients, and thirdparty advisers.
o File tax returns and provide clients with submission reports.
o Have knowledge of new MTD compliance
Data & Analysis
o Prepare and maintain spreadsheets relating to partner population, tax reserves, return
progress, pension contributions, tax payments and other key data.
o Analyze income and expenditure to support business tax computations.
Technical & Regulatory Awareness
o Maintain uptodate knowledge of relevant UK tax rules, including devolved tax rates (e.g.
Scottish or Welsh income tax).
o Ensure accurate application of adjustments, deductions, and credits.
o Maintain organized digital records of receipts and invoices.
o Prepare and submit Corporation Tax returns (CT600).
o Review company income streams and expense structures.
o Ensure accurate allocation of costs (allowable vs disallowable).

Required Skills & Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
o Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, ATT, CTA preferred) is a plus point
o Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and HMRC practices
o Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
o Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
Experience Requirements
o 2–5 years of experience in UK tax/accounting
o Experience handling both individual and corporate clients
o Familiarity with HMRC submissions and compliance procedures

Pay: Up to Rs120,000.00 per month
