SaaS Account Executive/ Closer

DialogX is an AI-powered receptionist platform helping US-based businesses automate phone calls, book appointments, and manage customer interactions. We serve industries including healthcare, legal, home services, and real estate. We are growing fast and need closers who can sell.

The Role

You will conduct live product demos via Zoom/Google Meet, handle objections, and close deals. Qualified leads are passed to you by our SDR team — your job is to convert them into paying customers.

This is a commission-heavy role. High performers earn significantly above the base salary.

What You Will Do

• Conduct 30–40+ product demos per week via Zoom/Google Meet
• Run structured discovery calls to identify prospect pain points
• Present tailored solutions and handle pricing objections
• Close deals and collect payments
• Follow up with every prospect within 24 hours
• Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Keep CRM pipeline 100% updated at all times
• Work with the SDR and onboarding teams for smooth handoffs

What We Need From You

• Fluent English with a clear, natural accent (no script reading - this is non-negotiable)
• Minimum 1 year of SaaS sales, software sales, or B2B sales experience
• Proven track record of closing deals and hitting targets
• Strong demo and presentation skills
• Confident objection handling and assertive closing ability
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Comfortable working evening shift (6 PM – 3 AM PKT) from our I-8 Markaz office
• Available to join immediately

Nice to Have

• Experience selling AI or automation products
• Familiarity with healthcare, legal, home services, or real estate industries

Compensation

• Base salary: Rs 70,000 – Rs 110,000 per month
• Commission: Attractive commission slabs with bonuses (details shared during interview)
• Growth: Strong advancement opportunities into senior sales and leadership roles

Candidates who cannot demonstrate closing skills during the interview will not be advanced.
