We are looking for a motivated Upwork Bidder / Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a fresh who wants to start a career in client acquisition and business development.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate in  Computer Science / Software Engineering  (or related field).
• Excellent  English communication skills  (written and spoken).
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to different clients and projects.
• Self motivated, goal oriented and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and submit high quality proposals on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to bring projects to the company.
• Communicate with international clients in clear and professional English.
• Coordinate with the technical team to understand requirements and deliver proposals accordingly.
• Maintain daily activity records and meet assigned targets.

Pay range: 20,000.00 (PKR) - 50,000.00 (PKR) per month (Depending on Experience)
