Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily Operations.
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate staff, including supervisors, facilitators, and guest relations personnel.
  • Foster a positive and motivated work environment, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in budget development, cost control, and achievement of financial targets.
  • Follow up on maintenance issues, ensuring proper upkeep of rides and activities.
  • Implement strategies to enhance cleanliness, entertainment value, and overall service quality.
  • Conduct team training, manage staff performance, and promote coordination among team members.
