The Assistant Manager Operations at Pinkerton India assists with the coordination of service delivery across Pinkerton’s EPIC portfolio, focusing on enhancing client satisfaction, compliance, and operational efficiencies. This role involves supporting service coordination, vendor interactions, and the implementation of operational standards to ensure timely and cost-effective results.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Serve as an operational contact for client accounts in India, coordinating service needs within Pinkerton’s framework.
  • Oversee local scheduling, dispatch, and reporting to support seamless service delivery.
  • Handle client queries and escalations with transparency and efficiency.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistent service delivery.
  • Manage and assign resources for tasks, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Assist in tracking project milestones and adjusting workflows as necessary.
  • Monitor task outcomes and report on key performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with service standards and deadlines.
  • Support vendor onboarding and performance management within assigned accounts.
  • Optimize resource utilization for operational efficiency.
  • Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting for operational activities.
  • Ensure the accuracy of billing and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and client requirements.
  • Maintain readiness for internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
  • All other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications or advanced studies preferred. 5–7 years of experience in a similar operational role, preferably in security or service-oriented sectors. Experience with project management and coordination.

  • Understanding of regulatory environments and compliance standards in India.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic budgeting and cost management skills.
Working Conditions:
