Payroll & Compensation Management

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing with high accuracy and adherence to timelines
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour codes related to wages, social security, and benefits
  • Administer compensation structures, allowances, reimbursements, and statutory deductions
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
  • Handle payroll audits and maintain payroll documentation

Statutory Compliance & Benefits

  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Gratuity, PT, LWF, and other statutory requirements
  • Support implementation and administration of employee benefits programs
  • Maintain statutory registers, returns, and records as per legal requirements
  • Stay updated on changes in labour laws and compensation-related regulations

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage exit formalities, including full & final settlements, clearances, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR MIS data
  • Support employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies

Administration & Facilities Management

  • Oversee corporate administration & facilities, including office vendors, HK & office assets
  • Manage contracts, renewals, and vendor coordination
  • Ensure cost control and efficient administration processes

HR Reporting & Systems

  • Prepare HR and payroll reports for management review
  • Maintain dashboards and trackers using Microsoft Excel
  • Support HR audits, data analysis, and compliance reporting


Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in HR Operations / Payroll / C&B in a corporate setup
  • Strong hands-on experience in payroll processing and labour law compliance
  • Experience handling administration and facilities responsibilities
  • Exposure to employee lifecycle processes, especially exit management, is preferred


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Payroll, C&B, and Labour Codes
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong coordination and vendor management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
