Assistant Manager, People – Saudi Arabia

As an Assistant Manager, People – Saudi Arabia, you will lead the People agenda for our corporate teams in KSA within a high-growth quick commerce environment, with a strong focus on scaling talent, building future-ready capabilities, and partnering closely with the business as we grow.

Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition for corporate roles in Saudi Arabia, partnering closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams at scale

Own and drive the Saudization agenda, ensuring strong pipelines and delivery of Saudi national hiring in line with business and regulatory requirements

Drive workforce planning and hiring strategies aligned with business priorities, growth plans, and headcount budgets

Build strong sourcing strategies and talent pipelines, with a focus on local Saudi talent, using market insights, direct sourcing, and creative hiring approaches

Develop and support graduate and early-career programs, including partnerships with universities and local institutions

Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on hiring decisions, talent strategy, and market intelligence

Own and continuously improve the candidate and hiring manager experience across all stages of the recruitment lifecycle

Operate in a fast-paced, launch-driven environment where priorities shift quickly and speed of execution matters

Support broader People initiatives including employee engagement, performance management cycles, and employee relations matters

Partner closely with business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and move quickly in a high-growth operational environment

Support organizational capability building through hiring, talent development initiatives, and team design

Collaborate closely with regional People teams, Shared Services, and COEs to ensure alignment and smooth execution

Use data and reporting to track hiring performance, Saudization progress, and talent outcomes, driving continuous improvement

Act as an escalation point for sensitive people matters, ensuring issues are handled professionally and in line with company values
What you'll need:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a People role, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition

Proven experience hiring in Saudi Arabia, with a solid understanding of the local talent market and Saudization requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Hands-on experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
-
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent pipeline development

Experience supporting performance management and employee relations processes

Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Arabic is a must for this role; fluency in English is required
