This role supports the execution of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives across channels with a strong focus on promotions, discounts, pricing governance, and commercial performance analysis across Key Accounts, Proximity, OOH, and E commerce.
The role plays a critical hands on role in business case development, P&L evaluation, price group management, promotional approvals, and stakeholder coordination to ensure profitable growth, compliance, and disciplined execution across the channels.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Manage ad hoc and structured promotion requests in coordination with Sales and Finance.
- Support the planning, execution, and evaluation (pre post assessment) of promotions and discounts across channels.
- Prepare promotion business cases and P&L simulations to assess volume uplift and margin impact with the support of finance.
- Upload promotion and discount requests on Kissflow, ensuring all approvals are obtained before execution.
- Coordinate with Master Data and Finance to ensure approved promotions are correctly activated in systems.
- Process ad hoc cases of promotion and liquidation in proximity, KA, and new business cases of OOH.
- Add customers to different Promotion price groups for different SKUs in the proximity channel based on their past performance and wastage by coordinating with regions, finance, and the master data team.
- Track leaflet activities of KA customers and major proximity customers in all the categories that are promoted and highlight under indexing/over indexing ASD vs competition and compliance vs the agreed plans.
- Update the KPIs presentation for the RGM review meeting by country.
- Update country wise Pack Price Architecture for changes taking place (new SKUs added, new flavor, update in pricing).
- Follow ASD company policies.
- Ensure that all reports are prepared in a timely and accurate manner and meet the company's requirements, standards, policies, and procedures.
- Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's in finance/marketing.
- 2-3 years of experience in an RGM role or finance role.
- Strong knowledge of price elasticity and financial KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills in Excel.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
