What you'll do:

Define, document, and maintain SOPs, operational standards, and playbooks across last-mile operations (rider workflows, store handovers, attendance governance, performance reporting, defect management, etc.).

Lead rollout of new operational processes and ensure adoption across stores, clusters, and geographies.

Conduct process audits and standard compliance checks to detect deviations and improvement opportunities.

Partner with Ground Ops, Control Tower, and Data/Performance teams to identify operational bottlenecks affecting:

SLA and ETA adherence
-
rider utilization and login rates
-
pickup/drop times
-
customer defects (NDR, damages, MDE/ONA, silent orders, etc.)
-
cost per order levers
-
Lead structured RCA exercises and implement corrective action plans with clear owners and timelines.

Establish continuous improvement loops with field teams to sustain performance gains.
-
Develop and track KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards to monitor operational health.

Support pilot programs (new tools, new fleet types, new operating models) with measurement frameworks and learnings.

Conduct time & motion studies, workflow analysis, and capacity modeling to quantify impact of changes.
-
Coordinate change initiatives at scale — ensuring clarity of instructions, training, templates, and compliance checks.

Work closely with Training and Ground Ops to build capability for new processes.

Serve as PMO for transformation initiatives (fleet model changes, tech enablement, cost optimization waves, territory redesign, etc.).

Maintain a structured governance cadence with stakeholders (weekly reviews, monthly tracking, quarterly projects).
What you'll need:

Minimum 4 years of experience in a Process/Ops excellence or similar role

Bachelor degree in a quantitative subject
-
Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/GSheets
-
Good communication and coordination skills
-
Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills to extract insights and recommendations
-
Ability to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
-
Capable of working in highly ambiguous situations comfortably

Understanding Logistics metrics and stakeholder management

Ability to accommodate flexibility in the work schedule
