Responsible for effective and efficient Procurement operations for the Mumbai Region and SPOC of Mumbai Region procurement

• Managing the Procurement activities for the Mumbai Region as per the C&W procurement Policy
• Managing the C&W Mumbai region P&L for Design & build projects and maintaining the margin percentage as per the commitment to management
• Responsible for all procurement-oriented requirement of documents and SPOC contact for procurement – Mumbai Region
• Sending the RFP, getting the vendor proposal, Negotiating terms, prices, delivery, and contracts with suppliers for All the D&B project.
• Purchase order management like, getting the P&L approval from management and creating and issuing PO’s,

About You:

• Previous experience in a similar Procurement role
• Experience within the Interiors fit out commercial is advantageous
• Strong written and oral communication skills
